Welcome to Kindergarten! 
Welcome to the wonderful world of Kindergarten! I have looked forward to seeing all of your children’s shining smiles all summer. I am very proud of the progress that we have made so far. Thank you for all of your help in advance. I believe that school is a partnership of the home and school and I feel that we are off to an awesome start! I am looking forward to an exciting year of new experiences with your child. I hope they are too. Kindergarten is so vital to building the foundations for school. It’s a time of growth in many ways. It will be fun to share it with you and your child.
On a personal note, this year will be my 23rd year of teaching! (Yikes! Where does the time go?) I have been married to a very handsome man for 22 years and I am blessed to be the mother of 3 gorgeous boys. There is Wade, 19 years old, Wes, 17 years old, and Colt, 12 years old. Wade is a graduate of The Colony High School and he has just begun his college career at the United States Air Force Academy. Wes is beginning his senior year at TCHS and Colt is beginning 6th grade at Lakeview MS. As you can imagine, we are a family that is always on the move, as I am sure you are too!
